About

The Elmhollow Gazette is the community newspaper of Elmhollow, a mill-turned-market town of roughly nine thousand people tucked along the Cedar Fork River in the foothills. We cover the meetings, ballgames, ribbon-cuttings, and quiet neighborly milestones that never make the big-city papers but shape life here every week.

Our reporting reaches beyond the town line to the farms, orchards, and small crossroads hamlets of the wider valley. We believe a newspaper should be useful before it is anything else: when the water main breaks, when the school board votes, or when the harvest fair needs volunteers, readers should be able to find the facts here first.

The Gazette is independent and reader-supported. We publish in print on Thursdays and online throughout the week.
